Shaping the next chapter
of sauna & social wellness.
Created for spaces, people, and brands.
Bringing sauna culture to the world.
MORE THAN HEAT
A culture of connection.
A craft worth sharing.
Sauna is a place to gather, a practice to learn, and an immersive experience to remember. I help translate that potential into thoughtful concepts, confident facilitators, and stories that travel the world.
FOUR WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
The Work
-
Concepts, signature rituals, and guest experiences for sauna clubs, hotels, and wellness brands.
-
Practical training, original methodology, and knowledge for the people holding the space.
-
Saunagus, events, retreats, and destination collaborations. Designed around meaningful connection.
-
Stories, conversations, and creative partnerships shaping the social wellness culture.

Hi! I’m Gretha — the sauna queen of Copenhagen — on a mission to bring Nordic sauna culture & social wellness to the world.
My work brings together a love for sauna, human connection, shared experiences, and a curiosity about what social wellness can become.
From signature rituals to new wellness concepts, I collaborate with aligned people, places, and brands who want to create something meaningful.
