Whether you’re new to sauna, a passionate enthusiast or dreaming of a career in sauna, this in-person training will teach you to create and guide sauna experiences with confidence, care and presence.
Over seven hours, we’ll combine theory with hands-on practice in the sauna. You’ll learn how the body responds to heat and cold, how to work with steam, airflow and aromas, and how to shape each round with music and mindful guidance. By the end of the day, you’ll guide your own round.
